Mary brings over three decades of leadership experience to our clients. She has held multiple leadership positions focused on driving organizational effectiveness and end-to-end talent development in public and privately held organizations ranging from high tech to healthcare and financial institutions.
Her expertise includes executive coaching, strategy setting, succession planning, workforce re-engineering, as well as deep practitioner expertise in every aspect of leadership development & organizational effectiveness.
In addition to Mary’s client work, she is very passionate about developing our leaders of tomorrow. She taught 300 level classes at Central Washington University focused on contemporary business issues, professional and leadership development. She was also an advisor and designer for the University of Washington’s Learning & Professional Development certificate program. She's currently designing and managing a mentor framework for rural girls to connect with business women & business owners across the country.
Mary sits on the advisory boards for the Rocky Mountain Business Women's Center and the Womens Leadership Network, is an active member of SHRM, and her community.
